The remote hotel made it difficult to navigate the area!!! The slow service during breakfast was quite frustrating, and the dining options left much to be desired for variety and quality!!!

the hotel was fancy and absolutely gorgeous, and i liked it. the stuff was very amiable, offered concierge service, wake up calls, and ironing free of charge. the location was stunning, adjacent to kandy's bustling city centre as well as lake, mountains, nature.

Ideal accommodation with beautiful setting next to lake as well as the center of the city. Huge and big size room, a hairdryer, a bidet, and bathrobes in the room. Fine meals.

Serene ambiance along the Mahaweli River, with luxurious rooms and excellent dining options. A perfect retreat close to Kandy. 🌟

The staff were friendly, going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. We also enjoyed delicious meals, particularly the fresh options at breakfast, giving us a lovely start to each day.

The only downside was the limited variety in the dining menu, which could use some improvement.

the welcome drink of herbal coriander was refreshing and unique. the jacuzzi was not clean.

The stay featured fine views, and the hot food items, particularly the freshly prepared options during breakfast, were enjoyable. The experience was marred by cramped rooms that many families would find uncomfortable and delays when requesting transportation-a frustrating aspect for a premium hotel. Encountering cockroaches in the bedroom raised concerns about cleanliness in such a natural setting.

The views from my room were amazing, and the personal butler service. Everything exceeded my expectations compared to my previous visits to kandy!

Family Friendly Oasis

I had this amazing time at this place really, especially for the kids. It was nice to see them play freely in such a safe environment,. The staff were very friendly and made everything easy for us.

It wasn't cheap,, but still acceptable for what we got.

Lovely stay but a bit complicated

The room was super comfy and had a great view of the surroundings. The breakfast was fresh, though sometimes it took a bit too long to get served. One weird moment was when a drink was taken from our table by accident. There's no snack bar near the pool, a bummer.

The room was spacious with a huge bathroom, comfortable bed, and a terrace offering lovely views of the pool and lake. The food was fantastic, especially the a la carte menu, and the staff were kind and attentive. The personal butler service.

No major issues, just wish the jacuzzi was in better condition.
